1.    Where is my order?
To access your order status you can CALL US or EMAIL US or CHAT LIVE with us (Sun-Sat 10AM–10PM EST).


2.    How can I change address or phone number in Order?
If you wish to change address or phone, you can Email us on __________/ call us on___________. If your order is not shipped, our team shall make the necessary changes. You cannot change the address once the order is shipped.

 

3.    Can I Return or exchange an Item?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Allure Cosmetics purchase, simply return the unused product and we will remit your account for the full amount of the purchase or exchange for another item.


4.    How do I return an item purchased on Allurecosmetics.in?
If you wish to return a product, you can follow the process. This process can be done with few simple steps:

Step 1: Within 14 days of receiving the order, follow one of the following steps:
a. Contact our Customer Support team via email on ______
b. Call our customer care on ______________

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference through email.

Step 3: You will be responsible to Ship the product to us. We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their labels and barcodes intact.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In cases when a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged
- Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
- Product is used or altered
- If request is initiated after 14 days of order delivery.


5.    How do I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within one hour of placing your order via Call or Email and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


6.    I received a wrong product, Can I return it?
If your online order is not as expected, Call or Email us for assistance.


7.    I have received a damaged product, what should I do?
If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents, and contact us as soon as possible for assistance.


8.    What is the estimated delivery time?
We dispatch most orders within 2-5 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays).

If you are ordering our products from a Mega Sale event, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date.

 

9.    How do I pay for my purchase?
Allure Cosmetics offers you multiple ways to pay securely. These include:
- Debit and Credit Cards
- Net banking
- Wallets
- UPI

 

10.    What should I do if my payments fails?
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.


11.    Is Cash on delivery Available?
No, right now we do not have cash on delivery payment option.
