Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before shipment (Only valid on orders’ place & delivery in India):

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team on cs@myallure.in or call us on 9057-666-555 (Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 7 PM)

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.


Return:

You have 14 calendar days to return the product from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your product must me unused, in original condition as received, with the outer box packaging as well as the inner packaging and all the labels and MRP labels intact.

Your item need to have a proof of purchase, either invoice or order details.


Refund:

Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the same. We will notify you immediately on the status of return after inspecting the product.

If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund in the same account through which we had received the payment within 7 Business days.


Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping, and return shipping would not be reimbursed to the customer. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
